Installation & Maintenance

Use test strips to monitor water balance and apply chlorinating granules as needed using the included measuring spoon. Always follow recommended dosing intervals and maintenance procedures.

Failure to maintain water chemistry may result in damage to chillers, pumps, or tubing and may void warranty coverage.

Warranty

• Consumable accessory. Covered under Penguin Chillers accessory terms. Chemical misuse, over-chlorination, or improper water maintenance is not covered under warranty. Refer to manufacturer guidelines for full details.
• For Canadian customers, any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs (to and from the manufacturer) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Penguin Chillers.

Penguin Chillers products ship from the United States.

For Canadian orders, shipping costs are quoted after checkout and must be approved prior to fulfillment.

Canadian customers are responsible for:

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns must be requested within 21 days of shipment and require prior approval.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.
• Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
