Thermacy is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs and estimated transit times are disclosed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon transfer of the product to the carrier.
