At Thermacy, logistics are treated as part of the product experience. Our recovery systems are high-value, precision-built equipment, and we work with trusted carriers and suppliers to ensure safe, reliable delivery across North America.
This page outlines what you can expect after placing an order.
Shipping Coverage Area
- Continental United States: We offer Free Curbside Freight Shipping on all recovery systems and Free Standard Shipping on all accessory orders.
- Canada: We offer Free Curbside Freight Shipping on recovery systems and Free Standard Shipping on accessory orders to most provinces. A flat-rate remote area surcharge applies to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands), or international destinations outside North America.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your purchase has been received and is entering fulfillment.
Order Processing Time
Some items are made-to-order or built upon request. If additional production time is required, we will notify you with updated timelines before shipment.
Shipping Timelines
- Order Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–19 business days.
- Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
For made-to-order or custom equipment, any additional production time will be clearly communicated to you. While we strive to meet the 10–19 business day delivery window, specialized freight handling for larger units may require additional coordination with the carrier.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
For freight shipments, tracking visibility may be limited. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment where required.
Shipping Carriers
We use established carriers including FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, USPS, and professional freight carriers. Carrier selection is based on product size, weight, and delivery location.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries
Larger recovery systems ship via freight (LTL). Standard freight service is curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means the shipment is delivered to the end of your driveway or loading area. The customer is responsible for moving the product into the home or facility.
Freight Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a freight claim.
If damage is discovered after unpacking, notify us immediately with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping labels.
Canadian Shipping
We offer Free Curbside Freight Shipping on recovery systems and Free Standard Shipping on accessory orders to most provinces in Canada. Due to the specialized logistics required for high-value equipment, shipping is structured as follows:
- Standard Canadian Delivery: Free shipping is provided to Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
- Remote Area Surcharge: A flat-rate shipping surcharge applies to orders shipping to Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. This rate is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on the specific product and delivery location.
- Final Pricing: All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. No additional freight charges or hidden fees will be added after your purchase is finalized.
- Delivery Method: Freight delivery is curbside via a scheduled carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access and for moving the unit from the curbside location into their facility or home.
Delays & Exceptions
While we work closely with our partners to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather, carrier constraints, production scheduling, or supply chain factors.
If a delay affects your order, we will proactively communicate updated timelines.
