The Cold Therapy Chiller & Insulated Tub Package is a fully integrated, plug-and-play cold exposure system designed for consistent, ice-free recovery. This package pairs Penguin Chillers’ high-efficiency cold therapy chiller with an insulated immersion tub to maintain stable low temperatures with minimal effort, making it ideal for daily use in home, athletic, or clinical environments.

Outdoor Use

Penguin Chillers requires that all setups follow manufacturer guidelines.
Improper setup, inadequate maintenance, or unapproved installations may result in damage and void warranty coverage.
Certain installations may require setup approval by Penguin Chillers to validate the manufacturer warranty.
Owners must read all provided documentation and follow all maintenance procedures.

Warranty

Includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Optional 2-year and 3-year extended warranties are available. Warranty coverage requires proper setup and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
For Canadian customers, any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs (to and from the manufacturer) are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Penguin Chillers.

Penguin Chillers products ship from the United States.

For Canadian orders, shipping costs are quoted after checkout and must be approved prior to fulfillment.

Canadian customers are responsible for:

Returns & Cancellations

Returns must be requested within 21 days of shipment and require prior approval.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.
Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
