Build & Delivery Timeline

  Most cold therapy chillers ship within 2–10 business days after order confirmation.
• Shipping method (parcel or freight) depends on the model purchased. Larger units ship via freight.
• Delivery is curbside only. Liftgate service and delivery appointments are available upon request. Inside delivery is not provided.

Installation & Maintenance

Installation is straightforward and requires no tools. Proper fit and secure fastening are required for optimal insulation performance. The wrap should be periodically inspected for wear and cleaned as needed.

Failure to maintain proper setup or allowing excessive moisture buildup may reduce effectiveness.

Warranty

• Covered under Penguin Chillers accessory warranty terms. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or environmental damage beyond intended use. See manufacturer warranty documentation for full details. 
• For Canadian customers, any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs (to and from the manufacturer) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Penguin Chillers.

Shipping & Customs (Canada)

Penguin Chillers products ship from the United States.

For Canadian orders, shipping costs are quoted after checkout and must be approved prior to fulfillment.

Canadian customers are responsible for:

• Customs brokerage
• Duties and taxes
• Clearance and import fees

Thermacy will coordinate the shipping quote and next steps after purchase.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns must be requested within 21 days of shipment and require prior approval.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.
• Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
