This product ships fully assembled via freight delivery and requires mandatory pre-delivery confirmation to ensure proper access and placement.

Use & Experience

Hydration before and after use is strongly recommended.

Water Maintenance (Required)

Proper water maintenance includes:

• Regular water replacement (every 3–5 days depending on use)
• Use of an ozone generator via compatible chiller
• Light chemical treatment (chlorine or alternative)

• Regular filter replacement (typically every 1–2 weeks)
• Skimming debris
• Covering the tub when not in use
• Showering or rinsing before use

Ozone helps reduce bacteria but does not replace routine maintenance.

Delivery & Access Requirements (Read Carefully)

This product ships via freight delivery and is delivered curbside only.

Delivery details:

• Ships on a pallet via 18-wheel / 53-foot semi-truck

• Single-driver delivery

• Delivered to curbside or end of driveway only

• No white-glove service

• Carrier will not enter private property

• Carrier will call 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery

Mandatory Pre-Call

Before shipment, a mandatory pre-delivery confirmation is required to verify:

• That all doorways, gates, and access paths have been measured

If access issues exist, the customer may need to meet the truck at the nearest accessible location.
