Chiller Requirement (Mandatory)

To cool and maintain water temperature:

• A compatible Dynamic Cold Therapy electric chiller is required
• Chillers are sold separately
• Chillers are not variants and not bundled
• Cooling performance depends on selected chiller model

Use & Experience

Cold immersion should be approached progressively:

• Start at higher temperatures if new (approx. 50–60°F)
• Gradually reduce temperature over time
• Begin with short sessions
• Enter and exit slowly
• Hydration before and after use is strongly recommended

Exit immediately if dizziness or discomfort occurs.

Water Maintenance (Required)

Proper maintenance includes:

• Regular water changes (every 3–5 days depending on use)
• Ozone sanitation via compatible chiller
• Light chlorine or alternative treatment
• pH monitoring and balance
• Routine filter replacement
• Covering the tub when not in use
• Rinsing before entry

Ozone reduces bacteria but does not eliminate maintenance.
