This product ships fully assembled, requires freight delivery, and is subject to mandatory pre-delivery confirmation to ensure proper access.

To cool and maintain water temperature, a compatible Dynamic Cold Therapy electric chiller is required and must be purchased separately.

Use & Experience

Cold plunge use should be approached progressively.

General guidance:

• Begin at higher temperatures (50–60°F) if new to cold exposure

• Enter and exit slowly to avoid dizziness

Always hydrate before and after use.

Water Maintenance (Required)

Proper water maintenance requires:

• Regular water replacement (every 3–5 days depending on use)
• Use of an ozone generator via compatible chiller
• Light chlorine or alternative chemical treatment
• pH monitoring and balancing
• Regular filter replacement (typically every 1–2 weeks)
• Debris skimming
• Covering the tub when not in use
• Showering or rinsing before use

Ozone helps reduce bacteria but does not replace routine maintenance.

Delivery & Access Requirements

This product ships via freight delivery (curbside only).

Delivery details:

• Ships on a pallet via 18-wheel / 53-foot semi-truck
• Single-driver delivery
• Delivered curbside or end of driveway only
• No white-glove service
• Carrier will not enter private property
• Carrier will call 24–48 hours in advance to schedule delivery

Mandatory Pre-Call

Before shipment, a mandatory pre-delivery confirmation is required to verify:

• Measured doorways, gates, and access paths

If access issues exist, the customer may need to meet the carrier at the nearest accessible location.

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Opened, assembled, or used units are not eligible for return
• Buyer is responsible for all outbound and return freight costs
