Cold Therapy Replacement Filter (50 Micron)

Overview

The Cold Therapy Replacement Filter is a 50-micron pleated filter designed to maintain clean water flow and protect cold therapy chillers from debris and buildup. Regular filter replacement is essential for system performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

This filter is intended for older Penguin Chillers cold therapy filter canisters and is not compatible with newer 5” washable filter systems.

Build & Delivery Timeline

• Estimated lead times vary by model and season.
  Most cold therapy chillers ship within 2–10 business days after order confirmation.
• Shipping method (parcel or freight) depends on the model purchased. Larger units ship via freight.
• Delivery is curbside only. Liftgate service and delivery appointments are available upon request. Inside delivery is not provided.
• For Canadian customers, shipping costs, freight method, and customs requirements are confirmed after checkout prior to order fulfillment.

Installation & Maintenance

Regular filter replacement is required to maintain proper water flow and prevent strain or damage to the chiller. Failure to replace clogged filters may reduce performance and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty

• This is a consumable replacement filter. Filters are not covered under manufacturer warranty once installed or used.
• Damage caused by clogged, improperly maintained, or overdue filter replacement is not covered under chiller warranty. Proper filter maintenance is required to maintain system performance and warranty eligibility.  
• For Canadian customers, any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs (to and from the manufacturer) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Warranty claims must be submitted directly to Penguin Chillers.

Shipping & Customs (Canada)

Penguin Chillers products ship from the United States.

For Canadian orders, shipping costs are quoted after checkout and must be approved prior to fulfillment.

Canadian customers are responsible for:

• Customs brokerage
• Duties and taxes
• Clearance and import fees

Thermacy will coordinate the shipping quote and next steps after purchase.

Returns & Cancellations

• Returns must be requested within 21 days of shipment and require prior approval.
• All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Custom orders and special configurations are non-returnable.
• Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
