Compatibility

Designed for standalone cold immersion use and compatible with select chiller-based configurations depending on the product.

For Baltic plunge setups that include a chiller connection, the connection opening is 3/4" NPT.

Placement
Install on a flat, level base that can support the full operating weight.

Clearance
Allow enough space around the tub for normal use and service access.

Overview

The Flow Cold Plunge is a premium, fully assembled cold plunge handcrafted in Canada by LeisureCraft. Designed for daily recovery and contrast therapy, it combines a natural cedar exterior with a stainless steel interior and a fully concealed chiller compartment for a clean, integrated look.

Construction & Design

Wrapped in natural cedar cladding and built around a premium stainless steel tub, the Flow delivers a durable, hygienic, and visually refined cold immersion experience. The chiller compartment is built directly into the outer shell, eliminating exposed equipment and maintaining a streamlined appearance.

Delivery & Unloading

This product ships via curbside freight delivery.

The carrier is responsible for delivery to the curb only. The customer is responsible for unloading, moving, and placement of the unit.

Liftgate service may be available only if the crate is under 92″ in length. If the crate exceeds liftgate limits, the customer must arrange unloading in advance.

Large freight trucks (including 18-wheel trucks) are commonly used. Customers must ensure the delivery location is accessible and suitable for freight delivery.

Remote locations, islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories may require additional freight charges. Customers in these locations will be contacted after checkout to confirm final shipping costs prior to fulfillment. 

Freight Inspection & Damage
  • If the crate arrives damaged, the customer must accept the shipment.
  • Photos of the damage must be taken immediately at delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • The BOL should be marked:
    “Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage.”
  • The customer must contact Thermacy immediately so the supplier can be notified and a claim can be initiated.
Installation
  • Standard delivery does not include installation, setup, or placement.
  • Customers are responsible for positioning and installing the unit after delivery.
  • Installation services may be available in select regions and are quoted separately.
  • Customers will be contacted after purchase if installation options apply to their location.

Build Time

This product is built to order in North America.
Typical production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the current manufacturing schedule and configuration selected.

An estimated build date may be displayed during product configuration when available. Once production is complete, the unit is prepared for freight shipment and a delivery appointment is scheduled with the carrier.

Typical freight transit times:

• U.S. Midwest / Northeast: 2–7 days
• West Coast / South: 5–10 days
• Remote locations: up to 2+ weeks

Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking once the unit leaves the manufacturer.

Warranty

LeisureCraft Cold Plunge Tub

LeisureCraft cold plunge tubs are covered by a 5-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date the product is received by the original end-user.

This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts only.
It does not cover labor, service, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs.

The warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Improper or insufficient maintenance
  • Failure to follow manufacturer installation, usage, or care instructions
  • Environmental or weather-related conditions

Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Cold Plunge Chillers & Third-Party Components

Cold plunge chillers and electrical components are not manufactured by LeisureCraft and are covered under their original manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand.

Chiller Warranty Coverage

    Warranty: 1 year
    Exclusions: None

All chiller warranties are parts-only and do not include labor, service, or installation costs.

All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician where applicable. Failure to comply may void warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims

For warranty claims or inquiries, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.
Thermacy does not administer or adjudicate warranty claims.

Returns & Cancellations
  • All LeisureCraft cold plunge products are final sale.
  • Returns are not accepted once an order has been placed.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production or freight scheduling has begun.
  • In the event of verified freight damage, replacement parts may be provided at the manufacturer’s discretion.
